Visa Processor

We are currently seeking a skilled Visa Processing Specialist to oversee end-to-end visa application processes for European regions.

• Manage the entire visa application process, including business, work, tourist, dependent, and student visas.
• Gather, verify, and prepare necessary documents in line with country-specific visa guidelines.
• Stay updated on embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate with clients/candidates to obtain missing documents, clarify requirements, and ensure timely submissions.
• Arrange visa appointments, biometrics, and interviews.
• Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies.
• E nsure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address issues proactively.
• Support internal teams with visa-related queries.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to Europe countries.
• A solid understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
• Experience handling business/work permits, dependent, and tourist visas.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detailed-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools.
