Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns in collaboration with the team.
  • Write compelling content for various projects, taking ownership from start to finish.
  • Stay up-to-date on product data, claims, and competitor information.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Estimate creative hours accurately.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Attend relevant market research sessions.
  • Contribute to strategic branding efforts with the planning team.
  • Oversee workload distribution to maximize creative team productivity.
  • Provide written feedback for annual performance reviews and ongoing team feedback.
  • Lead the creative team in developing concepts and executing projects from conception to completion.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' products and marketing challenges, responding to their strategic and creative needs.
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required.
  • Understand and represent agency positioning, philosophy, and processes.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an agency setting.
  • A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, the ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing creative writers, availability to travel, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
