Leading Cybersecurity Specialist

To lead Pixis' information security, you will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Security Strategy: Establish and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee Security Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
- Lead Security Awareness Programs: Foster a culture of security awareness through the development and execution of training programs for all employees.
- Identify and Mitigate Security Risks: Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
- Monitor and Analyze Security Incidents: Coordinate incident response activities to minimise impact and prevent recurrence.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs in complex environments.
