Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting usability engineering activities to ensure medical products meet user needs
  2. Leading UX research initiatives to inform design decisions
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop usable medical devices
  4. Evaluating product usability through summative and formative assessments
  5. Developing documentation to support usability processes
  6. Creating usability plans to guide product development
  7. Providing design recommendations to improve user experience
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Human Factors Engineering (HFE)
  • Knowledge of IEC-62366 standards
  • Familiarity with Figma software
  • Ability to prepare UFMEA
  • Task analysis skills
  • User workflow knowledge
