Interior Design Associate Job Opportunity

This role involves collaborating with the Senior Designer to deliver high-quality design solutions. The successful candidate will assist in a variety of tasks, including design discussions, 3D designs, site visits, and file management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadow design discussions with clients and prepare minutes of meetings for timely delivery.
  • Contribute to 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, recommending enhancements and providing feedback.
  • Participate in site visits and collaborate with the Senior Designer, taking responsibility for file management across tech systems.
  • Support commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, validating quotes for transparent estimates.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve great design outcomes, coordinating with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  1. B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, or Diploma in Design education background.
  2. 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Basic knowledge of Modular furniture.
  5. Practical knowledge of SketchUp.
  6. A positive attitude towards design and collaboration.
