We're seeking a seasoned Professional Account Management Specialist to join our team and shape the future of secure IT services. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and managing robust Privileged Access Management solutions that safeguard critical systems and infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and engineer PAM solutions from leading vendors like BeyondTrust to ensure seamless security.
  • Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues, including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.
  • Integrate PAM solutions with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.
  • Manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access.
  • Automate routine tasks and reporting using scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
  • Conduct regular audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
  • Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.
  • Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and adaptive access policies across hybrid environments.
  • Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.
  • Ensure IAM security policies and regulatory standards are met (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Investigate IAM-related security incidents and unauthorized access attempts.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and access control.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 4-12 years of experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies.
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required and continuously upgrade technical skills.
