Lead Software Development Services

We are seeking an experienced software development professional to lead our application development services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex systematic solutions for customers.

  • Develop and Implement Solutions: Develop and implement complex systematic solutions for customers, including the design, coding, testing, and implementation of application enhancements with minimal or no defects.
  • Provide Support: Provide support to maintain applications meeting service levels, system availability, performance, and quality requirements.
  • Mentor Team Members: Mentor less experienced team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a Lead Role in Analyzing, Designing, Coding, Testing, and Implementing Application Enhancements: Take a lead role in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing application enhancements with minimal or no defects.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements and provide technical support as needed.
  • Design to Deployment of a Microservices Application: Design to deployment of a microservices application with knowledge on Cloud, including the use of DevOps tools like Git, Gradle.

Role Expectations:

  • 7+ Years of Experience in Java/Spring Development: 7+ years of experience in Java/Spring development, including exposure to Microservices architecture with REST API.
  • DevOps Tools and Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience in DevOps tools like Git, Gradle and knowledge on Cloud.
  • Non-Functional Requirements Development: Experienced in handling NFR (Non-Functional Requirements) development with good communication skills.
  • Basic Knowledge in Python: Basic knowledge in Python is an added advantage.
  • Performed Design Patterns: Performed design patterns for developing web applications and integrating front-end/back-end applications.
