Job Description

Our company is a fast-growing merchant export business dealing in agro and processed food products across international markets.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance or equivalent, with added advantages including M.Com/CA Inter.

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, and preparing GST and TDS filings in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Manage vendor payments and invoicing.
  • Prepare statutory filings, including GST and TDS.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders for compliance.
  • Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.
  • Ensure proper documentation for export transactions and statutory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is a must.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
