BMS Board Design Lead

About the role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end hardware design of our BMS boards, from architecture and schematics to PCB design, validation, and compliance. This includes designing circuits for AFE integration, microcontrollers, power electronics, contactor control, isolation, and protection.
Key skills required include expertise with NXP S32K3, TI C2000, or Infineon Aurix MCUs in BMS/automotive applications, as well as experience with high-voltage, high-current PCB design, isolation techniques, and thermal management.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in hardware design, with at least 3+ years in BMS/EV/automotive electronics.
- Hands-on expertise with Altium Designer and OrCAD (Cadence Allegro).
