Job Description

As a pivotal member of our creative team, this Senior Visual Designer will play a key role in transforming product features into compelling visuals that resonate with people. This individual will support cross-functional efforts from marketing campaigns to product storytelling, delivering high-quality assets that are strategically sound and emotionally impactful.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating clear, visually appealing designs for campaigns, product marketing, and internal communications
  • Designing product visuals, infographics, and presentations that simplify complex ideas and help tell the story across the customer journey
  • Maintaining sharp and consistent design systems through Figma libraries and branded templates
  • Building visual narratives that support product launches, sales enablement, executive communications, and other initiatives
  • Sharing work effectively during team reviews and delivering results quickly without compromising on quality

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in visual or marketing design and brand communication
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with modern tools like Spline or Rive is beneficial
  • Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills
  • Experience working in in-house creative teams or high-velocity environments
  • A systems mindset thinking in scalable patterns and reusable design components, collaborating clearly across functions
  • Desirable traits include optimism, accountability, and strategic creativity
