Job Title: Project Costing Executive

 

Our organization seeks a seasoned Project Costing Professional to oversee project costing for large, complex projects. This key role involves interpreting architectural drawings, estimating costs, conducting rate analysis, and preparing Bills of Material.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking pricing for Gyproc and non-Gyroc components and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret drawings and prepare detailed cost estimations
  • Utilize Revit/AutoCAD for planning and estimation
  • Liaise with vendors, analyze costs, and manage procurement inquiries
  • Visit sites to understand challenges and validate costs
  • Track project progress and maintain updated pricing
  • Document best practices and ensure compliance with tax and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in project costing/estimation (construction preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Revit, AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • BE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed
