Admissions Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Strategist to drive conversions for Russell Group universities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling, in-depth knowledge of UK higher education trends, and the ability to guide students effectively on admissions, placements, and scholarships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle offer holders and drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities by providing accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Guide students with expert advice on UK higher education institutions, programs, and application requirements.
• Coordinate with counsellors, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education market dynamics.
• Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities to improve conversion rates.
• Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalised guidance.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
• Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
