Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Create high-fidelity, visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
