The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and drive meaningful change in the industry. As a Lead CSR Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing social and labor strategies aligned with our company's vision and values
  • Leading a team of professionals to drive social and labor performance improvements across all facilities and factories
  • Fostering strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including trade unions, Accord, business associations, NGOs, and suppliers
  • Mitigating risks and promoting ethical and responsible sourcing practices throughout our supply chain
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and driving continuous improvement strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proven experience in CSR and labor management, preferably in the apparel or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with ability to engage and drive continuous improvement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on women empowerment and social responsibility
  • Formal education in MSW or related field, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
