We are looking for a highly skilled Tower Incharge and Operations Lead to oversee and direct the construction of our high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in real estate construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
  • Review project details, estimate costs, and schedule deliverables.
  • Oversee construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in real estate construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules and regulations.
