Job Opportunity: Telehealth Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telehealth Specialist to provide online consultations for patients with rheumatologic conditions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a digital environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality online consultations for patients with arthritis, autoimmune disorders, and joint pain.
  • Review patient medical records and prescribe e-prescriptions through our secure system.
  • Be available for per-minute calls, chats, and scheduled sessions.
  • Ensure high standards of care and compliance with medical ethics.
Requirements:
  • MBBS + MD / DM / DNB in Rheumatology or Internal Medicine (with specialization).
  • Valid registration with NMC / MCI / State Medical Council.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (post-PG preferred).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital consultations.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; regional language is a plus.
