We are looking for a skilled professional to support our laboratory information management system. As an associate systems engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on finding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate master data within the lab information management system in a timely manner.
  • Interface with multiple groups and work independently, interpreting results and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Provide training and assist with routine quality control operations by answering LIMS questions.

This role requires leveraging knowledge of laboratory experience, analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC), and global regulatory requirements to deliver excellent customer service skills and break down technical concepts into business language.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharma/biotech or related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory experience and various analytical techniques.
  • Experience with LIMS (Labvantage 8.7) and eQMS systems.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
