Job Title: Placement Strategy Manager
\This role involves leading placement initiatives to ensure strong industry absorption for trainees. Responsibilities include building partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters, organizing campus drives, interviews, and placement events.
\The individual will manage dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni networks while onboarding corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations. They will design proposals, MoUs, and frameworks tailored to corporate needs, represent the organization at networking events, and support business development by generating leads.
\This role demands strong communication and networking skills, the ability to negotiate and present effectively, a result-oriented mindset to build industry–academia ties, and willingness for travel and performance-driven goals.

- Drive placement initiatives for trainees and ensure industry absorption.\
- Build and maintain relationships with HR heads, recruiters, and industry partners across sectors (Finance, Consulting, BFSI, IT, EdTech).\
- Organize campus drives, interviews, placement days, and corporate panels.\
- Maintain placement dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni records.\
- Identify, engage, and onboard new corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations.\
- Design proposals, MoUs, and partnership frameworks aligned with corporate needs.\
- Support client companies with consulting-driven HR and talent solutions.\
- Represent the organization in networking events, conclaves, and CSR partnership opportunities.\
- Work with the sales/consulting team to identify growth opportunities through corporate alliances.\
- Generate leads for executive education, FDP/MDP programs, and consulting projects.\
- Ensure smooth coordination between academic partners and corporate stakeholders.\
- Conduct pre-placement training sessions (resume workshops, mock GD/PI, industry talks).\
- Connect trainees with mentors and alumni for career guidance.\
- Gather employer feedback to refine the organization's curriculum and placement preparation.\
- Weekly dashboards on placement numbers, corporate outreach pipeline, and MoU conversions.\
- Maintain CRM databases of recruiters and track active job openings.\
- Share monthly placement & corporate engagement reports with leadership.\
