Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Contact Center Specialist .

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions using Avaya/Cisco platforms.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement contact center solutions using Avaya/Cisco UCCE components.
  2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot UCCE components.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and support.


Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of Avaya/Cisco UCCE components and call flow.
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of UCCE components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
