- Provide ongoing support for implemented systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Work with IT support teams to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and operational procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improving IT systems.
- Conduct regular reviews of system performance and make recommendations for optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in analyzing and designing IT systems in a complex business environment.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in modeling tools such as UML, ERD, and BPMN.
- Experience with databases and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with software development and programming languages (e.g, Java, .NET, Python) is a plus.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g, ERP, CRM) and integration methodologies.
