Graphic Designer

Experience Required:

  • 1 – 2+ years of experience in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Participate in all client meetings and communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Interpret client business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
  • Obtain approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
  • Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Maintain necessary design trackers to track work and ensure delivery according to scope.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Familiarity with other software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. is a plus.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
  • Experience working with beauty brands is a bonus.
