Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, test, and implement new functionality within Workday HCM to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Configure Workday core HR, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management, Talent, and Compensation Management to meet evolving business needs.
  • Lead projects through effective project management and governance, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Configure business process changes, maintain domain security, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, IT counterparts, and vendors, to drive business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and working as a subject matter expert throughout the systems development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Web Services API, XML, XSLT.
  • Core Connectors – Worker and Payroll, PECI Connector, Cloud Connect for Worker, CCB, CCTPP PICOF/PECI.
  • Functional knowledge across at least one Human Resources Module – including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence & Payroll.
  • Linux / Shell Scripting and Custom Reports & Calculated Fields.
