About The Role

">
  • Performing basic architectural calculations involves a range of tasks that require attention to detail and technical expertise.
  • Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables requires the ability to analyze complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups is crucial for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required demands a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, you may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules.
  • May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
  • May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
  • May review and approve conceptual designs.
  • May assist in the development of new architectural methods and techniques.
  • Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations is essential for ensuring accuracy and reliability in design and construction.
">Qualifications:">

A Bachelor of Architecture is mandatory, while applicants are expected to have between 8-12 years of experience in Architecture.

  • Applicants are expected to have good communication skills, and the ability to work well independently at times.
  • Should be able to see the 'bigger picture' and take a birds-eye view of projects.
  • Should have good skills in software like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation and other related design software.
  • Should have basic transport architecture experience and should have worked in Workplace interiors.
  • Should be keen to learn and develop new methods and software.
  • Proven ability in delivering projects under tight timelines.
  • Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline.
  • May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists.
  • May work on modest size projects and/or assist Project Architectural or Engineering Managers with higher grades.
