At Upstep Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chess Trainer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group and private lessons for students aged 5-15 years old.
- Provide online chess training and guidance to students.
- Establish and monitor goals for chess preparation and competition.
- Encourage students to learn and improve their chess skills.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive syllabus within a given timeline.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of chess strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students of varying skill levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Laptop and stable internet connection.
