Job Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring night shift hours aligned with US time zones. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The primary objective of this position is to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality digital assets that align with brand identity while ensuring usability and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.

User Experience & Interface:

  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices.

Branding & Consistency:

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on international brands or global campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for effective design-to-development handoff.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, consulting, or digital agencies.

  • Improved user engagement, usability scores, and conversion rates.
