Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Development Manager to join our team at NRG Foods Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of total sales experience, with at least 3+ years of international sales experience. Experience in FMCG sales is mandatory, and min 2+ years of experience in leading a team into the FMCG industry is required. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Cloud-based calling platforms like Ring central, Dialpad, Nextiva, and Vo IP Solutions like Skype, Zoom, Cisco, etc.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet customer needs.
