About the Role

We seek an experienced Copilot Power Apps Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and AI-infused no-code/low-code solutions. This role involves building custom Power Apps applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrations enriched with Copilot and AI-driven features.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Design & Develop : Build custom Power Apps solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrations enriched with Copilot and AI-driven features.
  2. Client Engagement : Lead discovery workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder presentations to co-create solutions and drive alignment.
  3. Prototype & Demo : Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to demonstrate business value and technical feasibility.
  4. Solutioning : Translate business needs into scalable, intuitive low-code applications with seamless user experiences.
  5. Thought Leadership : Stay updated with Microsofts AI ecosystem (Copilot, Azure AI, Microsoft 365 integrations) and industry trends like Gemini and Generative AI.
  6. Adoption Enablement : Guide clients on AI/Power Platform adoption strategies, governance models, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-7+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Deep understanding of AI Copilot, Generative AI integration, and Microsoft 365/Azure AI services.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills confident in C-level conversations.
  • Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
  • Self-starter who proactively takes ownership, manages priorities, and pushes projects forward independently.
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced consulting or digital transformation environments.
  • Strong communication able to articulate technical ideas to non-technical audiences effectively.
