Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our security function. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of cybersecurity or a strong interest in the field.

You will play a critical role in enabling our security function to operate smoothly by managing operational workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of security processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, documentation, and execution of security initiatives.
  • Prepare responses to surveys, RFPs, and vendor assessments.
  • Track progress of ongoing security tasks, audits, and compliance activities.

Operational Execution:

  • Coordinate meetings and communications related to security initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling across time zones and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Assist with handling confidential documents and onboarding materials.

Process & Documentation:

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of security processes, risk registers, and procedural workflows.
  • Support the preparation of internal reports and presentations on security projects.

Administrative & Logistical Support:

  • Handle basic admin tasks including expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in the management of tools and platforms used by the security team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Foundational knowledge of security principles or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with global teams.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and task/project management platforms.
