The Vinoba program simplifies tasks for teachers, facilitates easy data collection and analysis for administrators, and fosters a vibrant teacher community with Facebook-like features for sharing and learning.

This role involves creating and managing engaging content, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication. The associate will curate educational materials, manage web content, and support the implementation of content strategies aligned with our goals.

About this role:

You'll create and develop engaging educational content for our Vinoba App, drive teacher and student engagement, support community growth, program execution, and digital content marketing, and collaborate with educators, field teams, and administrators to strengthen impact.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate degree in Mass Comm, Social Sciences, or related field

Experience: 2+ years in content curation, curriculum design, or digital engagement

Skills: Content creation, social media, storytelling, basic design tools, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
