About Us: Zealmax Ortho is a leading manufacturer and exporter of orthopedic implants based in India. We have a strong global presence with a network of international distributors and domestic partners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Inspect devices before dispatch to ensure they meet internal technical specifications
- Identify and document any malfunctions, defects, or inconsistencies
- Cordinate with the procurement team for replacements, follow-ups, or clarifications related to faulty or non-compliant products
- Maintain accurate records of devices in return and dispatch
- Provide internal support and documentation when required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Sharp attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Basic knowledge of how electronic medical devices function
- Good communication and reporting skills
