Full-Stack Engineering Position

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • You will work on architecting and optimizing MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for maximum performance.
  • We are looking for someone to own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy to ensure seamless execution.
  • In this role, you will implement best practices in security, including authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and data protection.
  • You will also mentor and review the work of junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and ensuring high uptime through monitoring, logging, and alerting is essential.
  • Lastly, you will integrate with third-party APIs for payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, and more.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong full-stack developer with 4-5 years of experience in leading development teams.
  • Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, and TypeScript is a must.
  • Expertise in MongoDB schema design, indexing, and aggregation pipelines is highly valued.
  • Experience with cloud hosting and DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD) is necessary.
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization is desired.
  • The ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills are required.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Redis/queues for caching and job processing.
  • Experience with payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), Twilio/WhatsApp APIs.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, serverless functions, or microservices.
  • Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, ELK stack, Prometheus, Datadog).
