Highly Experienced Legal Professional Wanted

This role is designed for a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing the affairs of medium to large organizations or law firms.
- Drafting Contracts:
- Business Agreement, Lease Deed, and other legal documents
- Trademark and IP Matters:
- Protecting and defending against trademark infringement and IPR issues
- Consumer Cases:
- Responding to and defending consumer cases in judicial/quasi-judicial forums
- Litigations:
- Handling court procedures related to company affairs
The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a recognized college and at least 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in a similar field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Managing trademark and IP matters, including protection and defense against infringement
- Representing the organization in consumer cases and litigations
Requirements:

- Willingness to travel across South India
