Senior Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage commercial, residential, and institutional architectural projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans from design conceptualization to project handover.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators, architecture, structural, and MEP consultants, and liaison architects to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain consistency of design ideas across assigned projects.
  • Communicate effectively with building officials during project permitting and construction phases.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10-13 years of experience in architecture with a Diploma/Bachelors/Masters degree.
  • Strong knowledge of technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Preferred Skills:
  • Foreign education or work experience.
  • Western Lines preference due to travel issues in Mumbai.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Commercial, Residential, and Institutional Architectural Projects planning and execution.
  • Drafting technical drawings with knowledge of material products and its applications.
  • Knowledge of building technologies and environmental design.
