Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Architect and Modeler at LBS, you will provide overall leadership for data architecture and modeling in partnership with engineering and platform teams to build next-generation product capabilities that drive business growth. Your focus will be on execution & delivery of highly reliable, high-quality data products aimed at maximizing business value.

Key Skills

7+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics initiatives, with a strong understanding of how data architecture & modeling enable data pipelines, data management, and analytics. Proficient in SQL and familiar with data modeling tools like Erwin or ER Studio.

Experience in NoSQL and graphDB databases and related modeling approaches. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Technology, Computer Science, applied data sciences or other related fields; advanced degree in related fields preferred. Experience in planning, prioritising, and estimating efforts required for work items. Ability to design data models to address complex data challenges such as granularity issues, data gaps, sophisticated matching logic, and the harmonization & normalization of data.

Requirements

Cloud Architecture (Azure, GCP, AWS) and cloud-based databases (Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift). Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within a DevSecOps environment. Experience with a diverse company culture and a strong commitment to inclusion and equal-opportunity employment.
