Visual Design Expert

We seek a skilled Visual Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of captivating visual experiences.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually appealing designs, layouts, and interfaces that meet business objectives.

To excel in this role, you must have 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and/or UI/UX Designer. A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects is essential.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision is required. Knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles is also necessary.

The selected candidate will be expected to conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions. Additionally, they will apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.

A key responsibility of this role will be to collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs. You will also be expected to maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.

This position requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders. The willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on international brands or global campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for effective design-to-development handoff.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, or video editing (nice to have).
  • Prior experience in SaaS, consulting, or digital agencies.
