Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional UIUX Designer to contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centric design principles, human-computer interaction methodologies, and visual storytelling techniques.

  • Design Expertise: Design intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective design solutions.
  • User Research and Usability Testing: Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Design Systems and Guidelines: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across products.
  • Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and improve skills.

The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as a working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development. 3-5 years experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities is required. Experience creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights is also necessary. Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools, is a plus.

A strong written and verbal communication skillset, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders, is essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in UIUX design, with a focus on mobile app design.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UIUX design work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
