Job OverviewThis role involves working closely with business and support teams to identify needs, create, and deliver customer-specific programs and learning journeys. The Lead Facilitator will be responsible for creating and delivering flagship leadership development programs.
Key responsibilities include offering leadership and managerial development training to senior-level personnel through role-based programs, assessing the success of training programs and workshops, supporting program managers in ensuring coverage as per defined metrics, and supporting other initiatives as necessary.

- Create blended learning programs with micro-learning content and playlists.
- 12-15 years of dedicated facilitation and training experience.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering instructor-led sessions in in-person and virtual formats.
- Experience in developing e-learning content preferable.
- Proficient in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; stakeholder management.
- Ability to build rapport with employees.
- Resourceful, analytical, and proactive in approach.
- Strong trainer presence, ability to research and create quality content.
