Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

The key member of our Corporate Security and Investigations team is responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Access Control and CCTV systems' software and all backend hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Product Support
    • To provide configuration support for Access Control and CCTV systems.
    • To diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues pertaining to Access Control CCTV systems and other CSI applications.
    • To provide remote support to internal clients on system configuration.
    • To identify and analyze system failures and provide support to onsite techs for breakfix.
    • To track system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
    • To escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Application Server Support
    • To install and configure security system applications on servers.
    • To provide 247 monitoring of application services hosted on servers.
    • To properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • To respond timely and professionally to emergency service calls during office hours and off office hours including nights.
    • To involve other team members to establish best practicesdecisions.
    • To act independently as and when required.
    • To report to senior management to ensure satisfaction of work.
    • Participate in departmental meetings.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems.
  • Experience in Installation and Maintenance of Access Control and CCTV Systems.
  • Experience in CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and all related hardware.
  • Experience in enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicence Symphia VMS Genetec video solutions.
  • Experience in Windows Server Operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Technical trouble shooting and reverse engineering skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated selfstarter and ability to multitask.
  • Engineering Degree in ElectronicsComputer Science or any equivalent qualification.
