About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

• Design and develop high-quality, fashion-forward collections that meet our brand's aesthetic and commercial appeal.">
• Create innovative western silhouettes, including dresses, coord sets, tops, and fusion wear, that showcase your expertise in garment construction, patterns, and embroidery placement.">
• Develop seasonal collections aligned with global and Indian trends in western & fusion fashion, while maintaining our brand's identity: modern yet rooted in premium quality and detail.">
• Work collaboratively with our merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of designs.">
• Analyze competitor collections and contribute ideas for differentiation, staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and market research.">
• Maintain our brand's aesthetics by ensuring every design reflects elegance, comfort, and commercial appeal.">

Key Skills & Tools:

• ">
• Proficient in software such as Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw, with strong command over both.">
• Fabric knowledge, including cotton, rayon, muslin, Chanderi, silk, blends, and their drapes.">
• Design expertise in western silhouettes, dresses, coord sets, and fusion wear.">
• Strong visualization, sketching, and digital illustration skills.">
• Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and embroidery placement.">
• Ability to work under deadlines with creativity and precision.">

Qualifications:

• ">
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.">
• 2–5 years of professional experience in women's western or fusion fashion.">
• A portfolio of previous work (required).">
