Internal Audit Expertise

As a seasoned internal audit professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's risk-based audit approach across operational, financial, and compliance domains.

The successful candidate will possess robust governance skills, with the ability to document current controls, design and implement new ones, and establish monitoring processes.

You will be responsible for driving client outcomes and team delivery, presenting to CXOs, and spearheading remediation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering annual risk-based audit plans
  • Building and running engagements end-to-end (planning, fieldwork, reporting)
  • Designing and testing controls, issuing clear and prioritized reports with action plans
  • Leading audit teams, coaching reviewers, and managing senior client stakeholders

Qualifications and Background:

  • CA with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in consulting or CA firms doing hands-on internal audit and leadership
  • Risk assessment, control testing, report writing, and excellent client communication and negotiation skills

Fitness Criteria:

  • Delhi-based or relocating, with a willingness to travel

Preferred Experience:

  • Mid-tier consulting or CA firm experience with robust IA exposure

Not Considered:

  • Big 4 firms, Genpact, or industry-heavy profiles

A BDM Orientation is Essential:

  • Originate and convert opportunities, nurture client relationships

Within 90 days, the successful candidate will finalize the risk-based plan, align scope and timelines with stakeholders, establish controls documentation and testing cadence, deliver first reports with agreed actions, launch a lightweight monitoring dashboard, show remediation progress, and contribute one qualified BD lead.
