Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets. This includes developing and maintaining customer databases, contacting customers, collecting inquiries, and sending regular offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct market research by gathering market information to set prices for specific markets.
  • Marketing Reports: Prepare marketing reports on market situations and competitors' products to analyze market trends based on region, seasonality, and customer habits.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with resin producers and customers in India and internationally.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Assist the Branch Manager in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Able to travel domestically or internationally for business.
  • In-depth understanding of the latest business policies and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
  • Time and task management.
  • Ability to work independently under high pressure and flexibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or other related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
