Highly Skilled Data Integration Operations Support Specialist

The organization is looking for a highly skilled Data Integration Operations Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data integration systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Informatica administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement ETL mappings, workflows, and provide production support for critical data warehouse environments.
- Administer and support various Informatica tools, including PowerCenter, Data Quality, Webservices, PowerExchange, and IDMC.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Implement automation scripts using UNIX shell scripting and tools like AutoSys.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with Informatica tools and AWS cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
