Job Overview

You will be part of the Google Cloud Platform team, helping customers transform and build their business using technology built in the cloud. Our products are designed for security, reliability, and scalability, running the full stack from infrastructure to applications to devices and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues on Google Cloud Platform products.
  • Develop expertise in product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting and building tools for diagnosis.
  • Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to improve the product and drive quality production.
  • Collaborate with engineers, business, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.

You will work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support, which may include working non-standard work hours or shifts.
