Job Title: Digital Content Optimizer

We are seeking a skilled professional to optimize and enhance our digital content across various platforms. This role will involve supporting multiple client projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Optimization & Performance:
    • Improve website speed through image optimization, code minification, and caching techniques.
    • Implement and manage Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) for efficient content delivery.
    • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility for seamless user experience.
  • Technical SEO Implementation:
    • Develop and update location, service, and blog page templates with SEO best practices in mind.
    • Implement structured data (schema markup) for services, locations, blogs, FAQs, and reviews to enhance visibility and engagement.
    • Maintain clean site architecture and navigation for crawlability and user experience.
    • Troubleshoot crawl errors, indexing issues, and migrations to ensure optimal performance.
  • CMS Development & Integrations:
    • Build and customize pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer to meet specific requirements.
    • Integrate interactive elements such as Google Maps embeds, Google Reviews, and local store locators to enhance user engagement.
    • Manage third-party plugins/widgets such as review aggregators (Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook, Foursquare) to collect feedback and improve reputation.
  • Analytics & Reporting Support:
    • Set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console tracking to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Support with site audits and technical fixes from Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or other SEO tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Blog Development & Enhancements:
    • Ensure blog templates are mobile-optimized and SEO-ready to attract organic traffic.
    • Implement structured data for ratings, FAQs, and rich results to enhance visibility and engagement.
    • Optimize for engagement and conversions with SEO-driven best practices to drive business growth.

Requirements include 4+ years of experience in front-end development, with essential experience in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer. Proven experience with technical SEO implementation and structured data is also necessary. Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, site performance, and responsive design is required. Knowledge of analytics setup and website migrations is also beneficial.
