Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the execution and delivery of projects from inception to completion.

This role requires a strong leader with expertise in managing scope, quality, timelines, and budget while ensuring customer satisfaction and team growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and progress updates.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • PLM platform experience (e.g. 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS).
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Business development and account management expertise.
