We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our configuration and implementation initiatives. As a Configuration and Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing large-scale deployments of MAWM modules.

  • Configure and implement MAWM modules based on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end configuration cycles, ensuring smooth system deployment and performance optimization.
  • Design and deliver integration solutions between MAWM and other enterprise systems, leveraging your expertise in UK&I integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define configuration strategies, driving business growth through innovation and agility.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in MAWM proactive management, monitoring, and performance tuning, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, utilizing your excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Support testing cycles by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines, facilitating knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, providing subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams and contributing to their success.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience in MAWM Configuration and Implementation, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments with MAWM, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of UK&I integration requirements and compliance standards, enabling effective solution design and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Knowledge of MAWM Proactive Monitoring and optimization techniques, enhancing your ability to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
  • Experience working in multi-country or region-specific configurations, broadening your expertise and adaptability.
  • Exposure to supply chain/logistics domain solutions, expanding your understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
