Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team in the production of high-quality glass products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain electrical systems, including switchyards, HT & LT switchgears, transformers, motors, EOT cranes, battery chargers, UPS, PCC, MCC, plant lighting, and PLC.
  • Ensure maintenance and operation knowledge in gensets, electrical panels, transformers, isolators, and lightning arrestors.
  • Maintain soft starters, automation systems, basic operations of PLCs and SCADA.
  • Troubleshoot AC/DC machines, circuit theory, earthing concepts, control systems, and automation systems.
  • Develop expertise in protection and metering devices and systems, VFD, and PLC applications.
  • Utilize knowledge of encoders and feedback sensors, HV, MV, and LV power systems and equipment, electrical generation and distribution systems.
  • Contribute to energy calculations and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering from reputable institutions with excellent academic records.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or engineering industries.
