Job Title: Transformation Support Specialist

We are embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey and seek a skilled Transformation Support Specialist to support this strategic agenda. This is a fully remote entry-level role for a curious and ambitious individual who is passionate about new technology, AI, automation, and digital content creation.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation initiative forward by exploring and testing new technologies, recommending practical applications, and supporting the implementation and roll-out of new systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore and test new technologies (AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools) and recommend practical applications for different departments.
  • Support the implementation and roll-out of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as required.
  • Assist in documenting solutions and sharing knowledge with staff to help them adopt new tools with confidence.
  • Track and monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, flagging opportunities for efficiency.
  • Work closely with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop appropriate training resources.
Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

  • A diploma or degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar).
  • Experience using AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt or equivalent).
  • Digital content creation skills: ability to create engaging digital learning material using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with resilience and a sense of urgency to find practical effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new technologies, able to conduct basic analyses as regards what will add value within our organization.
  • Quick learner.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills in English, able to explain technical ideas simply and clearly as well as train users with excellent listening skills as to discern user and business needs.
