Job Opportunity

Seeking a hands-on Backend Developer passionate about coding and curious about product management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their backend development skills while gaining exposure to product decision-making processes.

You'll work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to build integrations, debug live issues, read API documentation, and contribute to system infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write clean, efficient Java code and develop scalable backend components
  • Read and understand external API documentation to help create new integrations
  • Debug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools
  • Participate in on-call debugging sessions with customers to resolve real-time issues
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks
  • Take part in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning
  • Develop and maintain robust APIs to support integrations
  • Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in backend development with Java
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally
