Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Global COGS Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse individuals from around the world.

This role offers an exciting chance to transition into a 3M career, leveraging your skills in finance, accounting, or supply chain logistics. You will be responsible for performing monthly variance analysis for various ESC transition agreements, developing automated reporting solutions, and working closely with site finance colleagues under different transition agreements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monthly variance analysis for ESC transition agreements, including Supply Agreement, Transition Contract Manufacturing Agreement, Transitional Service Agreement, and global financial forecasting activities.
  • Partnering with the ESC Transition Management Office and IT teams to develop automated reporting solutions.
  • Collaborating with site finance colleagues under various transition agreements, supporting standard and fixed price setting process for new SKUs.
  • Responsible for ESC separation cost tracking and analysis.
  • Ongoing finance support for transition agreement renewal or negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Ten years of experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain logistics in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Additional qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration, Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
  • A self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, results-oriented, and proficient in using Microsoft applications.
